Returns & Exchanges


TIANYI TRADING INC.
Policy Duration:
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 30-day window from the date of purchase. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Remain unused and in its original condition as received.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Do not return items directly to the manufacturer; all returns must be processed through TIANYI TRADING INC.

Partial Refund Scenarios:
Partial refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to TIANYI TRADING INC.’s error.
  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, TIANYI TRADING INC. will notify you via email to confirm approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days and credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card).

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund:

  • Verify your bank or credit card statement for processing delays.
  • Contact your financial institution for clarification.
  • If unresolved, email TIANYI TRADING INC.  at [email protected] for further assistance.

Sale Items:
Refunds are not applicable to sale items. Only regular-priced merchandise is eligible for refunds.

Exchange Policy:
TIANYI TRADING INC. will only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To initiate an exchange:

  1. E-Mail TIANYI TRADING INC. at [email protected] with your request.
  2. Ship the item to:
    TIANYI TRADING INC. Returns Department
    1968 S Coast Hwy, Laguna Beach, CA 92651.

Gift Returns:

  • If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, TIANYI TRADING INC. will issue a gift credit equal to the returned item’s value upon receipt. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver received it for later delivery, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

Shipping Guidelines:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Tracking & Insurance: For items valued over $75, TIANYI TRADING INC. recommends using a shipping service with tracking or insurance to mitigate loss risks.
